UCP of Western Massachusetts

UCP of Western Massachusetts serves people with all types of disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy (CP). Our agency is dedicated to advancing the independence, productivity and full community inclusion for everyone we support. Our innovative programs are designed to serve children, adults and families.

What sets UCP of Western Massachusetts apart is our approach — we are family focused and offer personalized services to meet the needs of each individual we serve. UCP’s assistive technology services are offered across all of the agency’s programming to boost performance of daily living activities for people with disabilities.

UCP of Western Massachusetts offers Assistive Technology device for a 30-day period free of charge. The Assistive Technology devices range from magnifying glasses to translation devices to cook and feeding items. You can find these items at https://massmatch.at4all.com.

We also offer free durable medical equipment, which consists of walkers, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, tub benches, mechanical patient lifts, etc. These items are free, and you do not need to return them unless you have no more use, then we would like you to donate them back to UCP for another individual to use. You can find these items at www.requipmentma.org.

We also offer free computer classes in person at our office at 75 South Church Street by appointment only. The classes are basic computer fundamentals including how to use my computer, cyber security and safety, how to use zoom, etc. All class can be interpreted as needed. Contact Melissa Burdick at Mburdick@ucpwma.org to register.
