Description
UpSide413, formerly known as the Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority (BCRHA), is a non-traditional housing authority serving all Berkshire County residents. Our goal is to develop and implement a continuum of services and programs that address the underlying causes of household instability.
Our programming includes:
- Housing Counseling (HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency)
- Consumer Services
- Foreclosure Prevention Services
- Youth Services
- Housing Search Assistance
- Tenancy Preservation
- Mediation/dispute resolution services (not limited to housing matters)
