CHP’s Berkshire County health care network, with eight practice locations in Great Barrington, Lee, Pittsfield, and North Adams, is pleased to offer excellence in comprehensive health care to more than 30,000 Berkshire area residents. We offer adult and pediatric primary care, dental care, nutrition, and behavioral health care, with board-certified and fully licensed clinicians. Our highly skilled OB/GYN team is affiliated with Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington, and our talented Family Services team supports thousands of families in our region with an array of services.

CHP Berkshires' Mobile Health Clinics host clinics throughout the Berkshires each week to provide same-day care, including treatment of minor ailments and injuries; vaccines and boosters for flu and Covid; primary care referrals, nutrition help, insurance assistance and more. We offer nutrition programs like WIC, SNAP benefit sign-ups, mobile and at our facility food pantries, free children's clothing, and book exchange.
