This “Yoga for All” class was specifically designed to welcome Berkshire county immigrants to experience yoga together. We’ll do a gentle/moderate chair yoga sequence, but please feel free to bring a mat if you prefer. Open to new and experienced practitioners.
This class will be taught by yoga therapist Kathleen Kraft.
